What we collect

When you book online, we collect what you enter on the form: your name, phone number, service address, vehicle, the service and add-ons you choose, and, if you give it, your email address and any notes.

How we use it

• To schedule and carry out your appointment and contact you about it.
• To send a confirmation or reminder email, if you gave an email address.
• To keep a record of past appointments so booking again is easier.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram. This site may use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies to tell us when a visit or booking came from one of our ads, and help show our ads to people likely to be interested. They record actions such as visiting the site, opening the booking page, completing a booking and tapping our phone number. They do not receive the details you type into the booking form. You can control ad personalization in your Google ad settings and Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Where it's stored

Booking information is stored with our hosting provider. Your name, phone number, email, address, vehicle and notes are encrypted in our database, and only UK Auto Detailing can see them. Confirmation emails are sent through an email delivery service.

Address lookup and maps

When you type your service address, what you type is sent to our mapping provider, Geoapify, to suggest matching addresses and estimate drive times between appointments. Your name, phone number and other details are not sent.
